MERCHANT INFORMATION

You can register for your booth and pay all your fees online.

Early Bird Merchant Registration

Merchant registration opens Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 10 AM.

Register by Friday, January 19, 2024, before 8 p.m. to take advantage of Early Bird Pricing of $550 per 10’ X 10’ booth.

After that date and time, price per booth will increase to $600.

Final Merchant Registration Deadline

Friday, March 22, 2024, at midnight.

Please select the number of 10 foot booths you wish to purchase. Each 10 foot booth is supplied with electrical, one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. For a triple booth, please purchase three 10 foot booths.  Booth allocations will be finalized in April. Our show will at Exhibition Hall, Westerner Park, Red Deer. Upon arrival at the Merchant Registration table, you will receive a map of your location.

Ribbon Sponsorship

Registration for sponsorship can be done at the same time as you register for your booth(s). Please note that our ribbon sponsors receive significant advertising through our website (including links to your website) and throughout the Quilt Show. Sponsors will also be acknowledged through our public and private Facebook pages. All of the Sponsors receive recognition and tremendous accolades at our Awards Night. Ribbon sponsorships are accepted on a first come first serve basis, so reserve your sponsorship today!
